COMMUNICATION

  • Discord is by far the easiest way to contact me. My Discord tag is Feki#1165. If that is not an option, I also check Twitter DMs or e-mail.

PROCESS

  • The client approaches the artist with all necessary details and reference materials for the commission.

  • The artist provides thumbnails, very loose sketches that will roughly describe what the commission should be. The client and artist decide on a thumbnail, and after deciding on a price, the artist sends the invoice.

  • After the client pays 50% of the invoice, the artist begins work. The artist will then request the rest of the payment upon completion to send the full-res, unwatermarked version of the drawing.

By commissioning the artist, all parties involved must agree to the following terms. Failure to adhere to these terms may ban you from commissioning this artist in the future.

ARTIST

  • The artist retains full ownership of the commissioned work.

  • The artist may use the commissioned work as examples for commissioners.

  • The artist reserves the right to request that the commission be kept private.

  • The artist reserves the right to reject a commission for any reason.

  • The artist does not represent the views or opinions of their client.

  • The artist reserves the right to modify, reuse, and resell rejected or unpaid sketches.

  • The artist will communicate any significant delays to the client in a timely manner.

  • If the commission takes over 45 days to complete after the first payment, the client is entitled to a free full-body sketch.

CLIENT

  • The client must be 16+.

  • With regards to NSFW commissions, the client must be 18+. Any minor caught attempting to purchase such work will be blocked.

  • Without express permission from the artist, the client may not claim the artwork as theirs or use the artwork for commercial purposes.

  • The client may not tamper with the artist's signature and/or any watermarks. Other kinds of edits (coloring, shading, whatever) are fine.

  • To receive a 10% discount (one-time use, max 50 USD, redeemable any time) DM the artist the name of a Platonic solid with twelve faces. You can google it if you need to.

  • The client is expected to provide sufficient reference for the artist to use. Custom designs may incur an additional charge.

  • The client may repost artwork they have commissioned, so long as the artist receives credit in a visible location (description, etc.)

  • The client may crop artwork (to make a profile picture for instance), so long as the artist is credited for the work.

  • The client reserves the right to request that the commission be kept private.

PAYMENT INFO

PURCHASE

  • Payments are handled through PayPal invoices.

  • All prices are in USD.

  • At least 50% of the commission must be paid upfront for work to begin. The artist will then request the full amount upon completion.

  • A different payment plan can be discussed.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are ultimately at the artist's discretion, and are usually only under exceptional circumstances that prevent the artist from completing the commission.
